Shopify generally calculates on weight of the item. I will calculate as best as I can on the size of the item purchased to meet Australia Post requirements-Small, Medium and Large size parcel.
If you are making multiple item purchases, please email me to hello@kimmerkatz.com.au prior to purchase and I will manually create your order and calculate your shipping price.
YES! Free shipping is available for some selected items and for a total order of $80 and over.
We offer exchanges if the item is returned in the same condition you received and if unused. All of our items are securely packaged to avoid damage in transit. Please refer to the ‘contact us’ field to communicate your requirements within 7 days of receipt of the item purchased.
